I ordered a jacket and, to be fair, the packaging was good. The bag was strong and nothing was actually damaged, but the jacket did arrive a bit creased from delivery. It wasn’t a huge deal, and I’d probably order again, but I do feel like a quick apology or acknowledgement would’ve been appreciated

Ordered a jacket and a couple of other bits from Military 1st and overall I’m happy with them. Compared to some other outdoor gear I’ve bought, the quality feels solid for the money, the jacket feels tough, the stitching looks decent, and the sizing was mostly spot on. I’m not giving it 5 stars because one item had a loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely consider buying from them again if I needed more outdoor stuff.
